This program is about you taking positive action to develop awareness (of both NPD and yourself), to get deeper healing, and to become a person who truly honour their own voice and only accepts amazing, healthy people into their life.
To begin this course, you will need to purchase Freya Strom’s book, So You Married A Narcissist – An Empath’s Guide To Healing And Empowerment, from Amazon in your preferred format of paperback, digital, or audio.
THE OPTIMAL PROGRAM EXPERIENCE:
This coaching program includes 15 videos, 14 modules, and many extra resources, checklists, and worksheets. To gain the most out of your program experience, complete all the work in every module, and feel free to participate in the discussion blocks in each module. (I am the only one who will see them, and they can help me coach you better if you choose to participate in coaching).
As this is a self-paced program, it is best to set aside time each week to read through the book and work through the material. All transformation takes intentional time and energy. To maximize your experience, you will also receive discounts on two one-hour personal coaching sessions that expire one year after your purchase.
As your coach, you can expect me to:

I expect that you, as my client will:
1. Take ownership for your progress and your accomplishments.
2. Work through all the material that serves you.
3. Be committed to making progress in your journey by putting in the time and effort.
4. Keep me honestly informed as to what is, and what is not working for you.
PRIVATE CLIENT ACCESS:
Everything we will be using in this program (tools, documents, resources, etc.) will be housed conveniently on a secured and confidential "VIP Client Portal." Upon enrolling for the coaching experience, you will be given a unique username and password. At your convenience you may access this "VIP Client Portal" area to access, review and/or update the tools, documents, resources, etc. that we'll be using in this program.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
All information provided by the Client to the Coach during the course of this program will be deemed "Confidential Information" and kept strictly confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Coach will not disclose any communications, either verbal or written, that have taken place either between the Coach and the Client without the prior written consent of the Client.
This confidentiality restriction also applies to testimonials, which the Coach may use for promotional reasons only with the consent of the Client. The Client may request anonymity in connection with any testimonials to be used.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, "Confidential Information" does not include information that is: required by the law to submit.
